Return Policy

 

1. Only defective / damaged items are deemed returnable.

2. Defecctive / damaged items shall be reported 7 days after upon received of delivery.

3. Defective / damage item can be returned but not REFUNDABLE so is the COST of SHIPPING & HANDLING, but can be replace with the same item.

4. We will replace the item base on our discretion. Deffective / damage item due to buyer's negligence, abuse, misuse, not in the original package and with missing parts / accessories will not be honor.

5. Return items must be in their original packaging and all accessories included in the package must be complete.

6. Buyer will shoulder the Shipping & Handling cost, intransit and extransit.

 

 

Terms of Sale:

 

Against defects in quality. All purchases are checked for quality before being shipped from our warehouse, including checks on the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and the inclusion of all accessories and power adapters applicable to your country of destination.

If you purchased any items which appear to have a problem, please contact us. We have our customer service that will assist you if there is a problem with your unit. If we cannot resolve the issue by e-mail we will provide you detailed instructions on how to return the item back to us. We will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired or replacement item back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Because we are continuously improving our products and introducing new items, specifications and designs are subject to change without prior notice. Although it is extremely rare, sometimes unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances may cause our inventory to fluctuate . What does this mean? Well, if you order an item and it is not in stock or has been replaced by
